I made these spiral french ear hooks using 20 gauge .925 sterling silver wire. They have been slightly hammered flat, and the ends have also been rounded and smoothed for a nice comfortable fit.
Approximate Measurements:
Height: 7/8" (22mm)
Top Width: 9/16" (12mm)
Bottom spiral width: about 1/4" (6mm)
