Order Creation & Shipping

 

All of my items are handmade to order.  My current production time is 2-7 business days.  Larger orders (15+ pair) may take 7-10+ days.  If you need your order sooner or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.   You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping
I ship Ground Advantage with tracking via USPS. It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive to it's destination. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express during checkout. These upgrades do not expedite my production time, just transit time.

International Shipping
Packages are shipped First-Class Package International via USPS. Delivery times vary by destination.  You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority during checkout. This upgrade does not expedite my production time, just transit time. Please note there may be customs/VAT fees due at time of delivery, for which the customer is responsible.

Lost Packages
While I cannot take responsibility for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, I’m here to help you locate your shipment. Refunds or replacements are not possible in these cases, but if your package is marked as "delivered" and hasn’t arrived, I recommend contacting your local post office or speaking with your mail carrier using the tracking details. If you need further assistance, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to support you in resolving the issue.
