This spiral connector is handmade using 14/20 gold filled wire. I hand form the spiral and shape the rest into a circle. The top loop can be custom bent facing the front or the side. Whichever style suits your needs best! You choose. I then hammer the spiral hoop flat and tumble it for a few hours to give it more strength and shine
The last few photos are a pair of earring I made using these connectors. I made the top loops that are attached to the ear wires facing front and the rest face the sides. I also attached some multi-color gemstones. I think these connectors would be a great addition to a bracelet maybe 3 in a row connected to a chain or necklace. These are great connectors to add to your jewelry making!

Why I choose to use 14/20 gold filled:
Gold filled is made by using heat and pressure to fuse a layer of solid Gold onto a base metal (usually brass). I use 14/20 gold filled wire to create my pieces. What that means is that 1/20 (5%) of the metal weight is 14 karat solid gold, the same applies to 12/20 gold filled, which would contain 1/20 (5%) of 12 karat gold and so on.. I choose to work with 14/20 gold filled because of it's beautiful rich color and the fact that it wears just like real gold. It has beauty, durability, and strength. It is a quality alternative to solid gold at an affordable price.
